We deal in handcrafted keyholders, home décor items, and wall clocks. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict quality-based return policy.

🔹 1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in case of:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Design/color preference issues
  • Minor finishing variations (as products are handmade)

🔹 2. Mandatory Video Proof (IMPORTANT)

To claim return/replacement, customer must:

  • Record full unboxing video (without pause/cut)
  • Show clearly:
    • Package condition
    • Product inside
    • Defect/damage

❌ Without video proof, no return/replacement will be accepted

🔹 3. Return Time Limit

  • Customer must report issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • After 48 hours, request will not be accepted

Most ecommerce policies clearly define a return time window (commonly 7–30 days), but shorter windows are allowed as per business rules.

🔹 4. Replacement / Refund Process

  • After verification, we will provide:
    • Replacement (preferred), OR
    • Refund (if replacement not available)
  • Refund will be processed within:
    • 5–7 working days

🔹 5. Return Shipping

  • If defect is verified → We bear return shipping cost
  • If customer sends item without approval → Not accepted

🔹 6. Product Condition

Returned product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all parts intact

🔹 7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Bulk/wholesale orders
  • Used or damaged by customer
